We recently helped refine some of the UI design for Corelytics before a major release. The following are a few samples of some of the statistic screens. In addition to some information architecture we also created a few Javascript powered calculators which help the users setup their data configurations.

Redapt, a Drupal IT Site

We worked with Redapt to retrofit their website with the Drupal framework. Along with creatging a new web design, we developed serveral custom features that allow them to form the technology to their advantage. The site allows them to update testamonials, items that are currently on special, updates and information, manage white papers and product spec sheets and many other features unique to their business.
Seattle Startup, Value Appeal, Launches

Our Lead Technologist, Matt Willis, has partnered up with Charlie Walsh to help found ValueAppeal. A site that helps home owners evaluate and challenge their property taxes.
Property taxes are expensive, and with the fall in housing prices across the nation, your taxes are more likely than ever to have been assessed unfairly in relation to other homes in your area. 
That can add up to hundreds and thousands of dollars in overpayment each year–and the problem is, most people won’t see a refund unless they speak up.
We architected a service that allows people to simply enter their address and we analyze and make a suggested evaluation on a fair tax evaluation.
If the user chooses to move on there is a series of tools they use to select their comparables and create their argument.
The site is developed on the .NET platform and aggregates data from various property data sources into SQL Server where it is compiled and analyzed.
Our New Site - WordPress development, Twitter API

We are excited to launch our new WordPress based website along with a new SEO marketing effort. We have implemented a series of new features including more information in our portfolio, integration with the Twitter API, a Facebook profile, client quotes, as well as other information.
We took a look back on the last two years and feel especially blessed to have worked with some amazing clients and some challenging yet very rewarding projects. From brand identity to WordPress development, from SEO campaigns to aggregating MLS and property data, we have played with a wide variety of different web technologies and approaches.

Save On Your Property Taxes - web development

Switch Development and ValueAppeal have partnered up to provide a quick and easy way for home owners to evaluate whether or not their property tax valuations are accurate. We believe homeowners are at a disadvantage when it comes to challenging their property tax valuations. ValueAppeal levels the playing field by providing and analyzing property data so our customers don’t have to.
The technology searches public records and finds comparable homes to yours that sold for less than your assessment. Then it helps the user define the appropriate information and evidence to submit an appeal. We expect an Alpha release in early May.

Net-Inspect - web site redesign

We have worked with Net-Inspect helping them to create a more streamlined brand for their website and software-as-service applications. Through a series of campaigns, starting with a complete overhaul of their Net-Inspect product user interface, we have been able to give their subscribers a richer user experience as well as consult on making the features more efficient and usable.
In addition we have worked with their team to create marketing reports, kiosk demonstration displays, statistical analysis and visual solutions to manufacturing scheduling problems.
Most recently we have been redesigning their product marketing site and integrating a commerce engine that will allow them to sell their products and services online. Leveraging Yahoo Store, we are able to get their offerings up and running in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price.
Seattle Law Firm Web Redesign

This local Seattle law firm, Ricci Grube Aita & Breneman, asked us to redesign their website which had fallen a bit out of date. We created a more modern feel for the firm and created an up-to-date partner section so that visitors can learn more about the partners and the services they provide.

Cirque Building, a Seattle contractor, asked Switch to help design a web site that they could use to showcase their work and attract new clients. We focused on their high quality craftsmanship and created a look and feel to match.
Washington Family Dentistry - Design and SEO

We worked with Washington Family Dentistry to create a template system that would work for all 7 of their locations. Using PHP, we created a quick dynamic architecture that would allow WFD to update their individual clinics using XML.
In addition we launched a very successful SEO and SEM campaign that yielded some great results. The following shows the results for their clinic in Graham, WA:

In dealing with great photography, we feel it is best to let the art speak for itself. We created a very minimal Flash web experience for people to easily browse Drew’s work. In addition, the entire site was developed to run entirely off an XML based CMS system that was custom designed for the site. It allows Drew to easily keep his portfolio up to date.
